TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
     Eligibility:

1. This offer is open to the first 100 new students in an eligible English course approved by Go Study Australia through the Go Study Black Friday and Christmas promo.
2. A new student is defined as someone who is issued a Letter of Offer between 25 Nov 2022 and 31 Dec 2022. 
3. The minimum length of the English course booked must be:
   
   - 24+ weeks: students applying from Latin America
   - 24+ weeks: students applying from Spain
   - 16+ weeks: students applying from Italy or France
   
   
4. The English course timetable must be during the day (daytime)
5. The enrolment must be with Go Study’s approved promotion partner: Greenwich English College. The promotion is available for bookings with a Letter of Offer issued by 31 Dec 2022
6. To be eligible for the promotion, the course must be paid in advance, in full, by 31 Jan 2023.
7. Your course must commence by 30 Jun 2023.
8. Limited spots available: offer available to the first 100 customers only. 

     Booking Procedure:

1. 1. Once you have commenced your course, you must notify Go Study that you wish to activate your travel voucher. You must notify Go Study within 2 weeks of commencing your course by emailing holidayvoucher@gostudy.com.au and copying your Go Study Education Advisor. 
   2. You will need to sign the promotion agreement found at https://info.gostudy.com.au/free-au-holiday-agreement  and select your destination. 
   3. Go Study will send you an activated travel voucher for your chosen destination.  Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation.
   4. You can select your hotel and travel at any time within 18 months of activation - it's just the destination you need to choose upfront (eg: Sydney)
   5. Once you’ve chosen your “destination”, you cannot change your destination.
   6. Travel to and from your chosen hotel or resort is not included.
   7. If you have more than one vacation incentive, the others cannot be used back to back in the same or different destinations. There must be at least 1-year gap between each vacation booked through Go Studys's 4-Day Luxury promotion

1. The destinations available may alter from time to time, due to hotel ownership or management changes - or numerous other reasons.
2. For example, if a hotel changes management and the new “managers” choose not to be a partner in this program, we have no control over this.
3. So please understand that the destinations and hotels shown on our web pages and advertising are “samples” and are subject to change.

1. GROUP travel is NOT allowed - only one incentive per household and resort/hotel is allowed.
2. This promotion will only honour one incentive per family and friend per 12 months - travelling on the same arrival and departure dates.
3. Only 1 party can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same travel dates.

1. This digital incentive will be considered void if bartered or purchased by the recipient.
2. The incentive is valid for a reservation request offering Luxurious Resort/Hotel Accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by our partner providers
3. Most rooms are for 2 to 4 occupants based on room type and availability, and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age.
4. So in most hotels, you can enjoy “a family vacation.”
5. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that ALL hotels will cater for children. "Some" hotels choose not to, it's a case of selecting hotels or resorts that suit your circumstances.
6. The main reservation holder must also have a Major Credit or a Bank Debit Card with a Visa or Mastercard logo, plus a valid government issued ID to check-in.

1. The recipient of this incentive will receive a luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to AUD $350 per night.
2. However, the recipient is responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
3. If applicable, the resort fees will be disclosed when choosing a hotel and preferred travel dates.
4. Resort fees cover WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, and Resort amenities.

1. All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book.
2. Reservations are based on availability, and understandably rooms are less likely to be available at peak vacation periods like Easter, Christmas and School Holidays.
3. Note: When booking accommodation online, one or two hotels in each destination will feature for much of the year.
4. The automated booking system has “hotels on an availability rotation”, hence why the actual hotels with availability are only identified when DATES are entered into the booking process.
5. Check-in is available 7 days a week.
6. Most resorts won’t have availability during the busy Christmas and school holiday periods.
7. In the case of the 3 Night Holidays, it’s recommended that people choose nights between Sunday & Thursday – if one wants to include a “peak night” like Friday & Saturday, for most hotels, there’s a modest surcharge of approx. AUD $55 per night.
8. There may be a few hotels that have a higher “Friday/Saturday surcharge” due to their location being in high demand, so please check.

1. This incentive activation is FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 
2. The end user will have 18 months to travel from the date of voucher activation and can choose from available destinations to find travel dates and participating resort/hotel options.
3. Once accommodation dates have been confirmed, no changes in dates are allowed.
4. Also, after the accommodation dates have been confirmed, any cancellation of one’s accommodation will result in forfeiture of the booking voucher
5. The inventory used for these rooms is not as flexible as booking at regular retail rack rates, so once confirmed, changes will not be allowed, and cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of fees paid.

1. The user must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometres from the destination resort of choice.
2. Remember, the participating hotels are providing this extraordinary “accommodation deal” on the basis that they hope to get “a financial return” via guests buying food, beverages, room service, spa treatments and tours etc, whilst at the property.
3. If “locals” were to avail themselves of the “free accommodation”, it’s likely they’d simply buy food and beverages locally (or bring them from home!).
4. And almost certainly, such “locals” would NOT be investing in spa massages, cocktails by the pool or tours.
5. Hence why, the 160km condition is a commonsense one.

1. This incentive has no cash surrender value void if discontinued and where prohibited by law. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice.
2. Our partner provider reserves the right to offer other hotels with equal or similar value with incentive holder approval if required due to availability.
3. Do not rely upon representations other than what is noted here.

1. Free holidays are provided via a third-party supplier and are subject to availability. Go Study shall make reasonable efforts to ensure holidays are granted in accordance with the listed offer under the 'Black Friday and Christmas Getaway Promotion'. Go Study makes no warranties or assurances as to the availability of free holidays in advertised locations. If holidays are not available from our third-party supplier, any grievance must be made directly to the supplier and not to Go Study. 

1. The user of the Vacation Accommodation Voucher agrees that they have decided to experience this holiday of their own volition.
2. Understandably, the user’s or users’ enjoyment, safety and satisfaction is entirely their responsibility.
3. And the “reservation holder and family/guests” agree that Go Study Australia and the business that provided the complimentary vacation will not be held responsible for any personal disappointment, losses or personal injury during their vacation stay.
4. Users are responsible and accountable for their decisions and actions and by the hotel reservation, users agree not to attempt to hold Go Study Australia or the participating business (that provided the complimentary vacation) liable for their decisions, actions or satisfaction levels, at any time, under any circumstance.

1. Go Study Australia and its Travel Incentive Partner reserve the right to change, modify or amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
2. Given the impact of COVID 19 on the travel industry and the unpredictable consequences to hotels, there may need to be common sense adjustments to the offer periodically.
3. Businesses and users accept this as a fair and reasonable Ts and Cs inclusion – as the pandemic has meant that hotel and resort operators need to be nimble in this COVID environment.
